- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue, and we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
- Incorrect Item Received: If we send the wrong size or design, please reach out within 30 days, and we will correct the issue at no additional cost.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or for general dissatisfaction.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
